About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to take full responsibility for our team in digital strategy and marketing technology (Martech). You will lead a diverse team of specialists in areas such as web strategy, SEO, marketing automation, e-commerce, and tracking. Your role will be to drive both strategic and operational success in delivering digital solutions for our clients while contributing to Aimfor’s overall business development.

About Aimfor
Aimfor is a digital marketing partner that offers comprehensive solutions in performance marketing, web, content, and analytics. We help small and medium-sized businesses maximize their digital potential and achieve their business goals.

Who are you?

  • At least 8 years of experience leading digital marketing or martech teams.

  • Deep expertise in web strategy, SEO, marketing automation, e-commerce, and tracking.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead digital transformations.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

  • A strong leader capable of coaching and developing specialists in multiple areas.

  • Excellent communicator, able to inspire your team and present solutions to clients.

What will you do?

  • Build and develop our team in digital strategy and martech.

  • Be responsible for the business unit’s results, including sales and profitability.

  • Drive sales of digital strategies and martech solutions to both new and existing clients.

  • Recruit and develop specialists in web strategy, SEO, marketing automation, and e-commerce.

  • Ensure that our clients’ digital solutions are integrated and optimized for success.

  • Work operationally and lead client projects.

  • Collaborate closely with the performance and creative teams to create seamless and effective customer experiences.


Professional level of Swedish is required for this role.
