About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to take responsibility for our performance marketing business unit. For the right person, there is an opportunity to both lead and develop the area, as well as contribute to our overall business growth by building strong client relationships and driving sales. In this role, you will also have the chance to shape how performance marketing is delivered to our clients.

Who are you?

• At least 8 years of experience in performance marketing.

• Experience leading teams and building strong client relationships.

• Proven ability to develop and scale performance marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics or similar platforms.

• Experience in selling services and developing business opportunities.

• A strong communicator, both in Swedish and English, with the ability to visualize and present results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Lead and develop the performance marketing team.

• Be responsible for the business unit’s results, including sales and profitability.

• Drive sales of performance marketing services and build long-term client relationships.

• Recruit and develop talent within performance marketing.

• Develop and implement digital strategies that maximize ROI.

• Identify growth opportunities for our clients and create effective digital campaigns.

• Work operationally in and lead client projects.

• Collaborate with other business units to ensure cohesive delivery and a seamless client experience.
